Job Description

•Design and build a field sales force (a team of account executive) that maximizes revenue growth (appropriate mix between lower-quota, less-experienced sales personnel and higher-quota, more-experienced personnel). Coordinate with potential corporate partner including production house, overseas supplier, etc. Direct profit and loss responsibility with incentives to support not only local business market initiatives but also content market initiatives.
•Design go-to-market product, pricing and promotion solutions in concert with offer management, product, marketing and network planning.
•Direct accountability and authority within appropriate organizational structure for sales support and field operations. Evangelize strategy and coordinate/prioritize efforts of both direct reports and matrix staff including Telesales, Field Sales and other business dept.
•Evaluate capital spending projects and present for approval. Has some direct capital spending authority for success-based projects. Capital planning, budgeting and spending within certain authority limits. Coordinate market financial statements and capital spending tracking with finance department.
•Serve as the escalation point of the company to customers and local business community.                                                                                                      •Initiate creative concept proposal and prepare bidding documents.

Qualifications

•At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in advertising industry
•Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar or equivalent experience
•Prefer experience as a successful Deputy General Manager/Senior Brand Consultant/Creative Director in an advertising environment with local or international  management experience and owning the customer experience in managed local market areas.
•Understand and evaluate IMC proposal; challenges and opportunities.
•Have the skill set and knowledge to act as an effective advocate for public relationship improvements/changes to serve and retain key client and develop new revenue opportunities.
•Honest, speed, efficiency and responsibility are required.

Job Description

-Sales & Marketing Executives act as a link between clients and IMPACTWizard. They report to Marketing manager (Filipino) and are responsible for the day-to-day running of client’ campaigns.

-He/she will work closely with their clients throughout campaigns, managing administrative and organizational work, and ensuring that this is completed on time and on budget.

Job Requirements

We are seeking 2 full-time Sales & Mkt. Executives with the following qualifications:

-Discussing the products, services and advertising requirements of each particular client

-Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff

-Working with marketing manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies

-Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively

-Overseeing the status of advertising campaigns

-Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification

-Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks

-Handling budgets and managing campaign costs

-Writing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, keep records and financial details

-Become familiar with the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these.

-Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications

-Bachelor degree in any relevant fields

-Some experience in advertising industry is an advantage, but not necessary.

-Good command of written and spoken English (a must)

-Excellent knowledge of presentation skills (a must)

-An excellent communicator both verbal and written

-Be able to work hard, work late and work under pressure

-Good computer skills (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)

-Professional in appearance

-Positive in attitude
